I did just - new gigabyte GA-8IDX with a Pentium 4 1.6 still having the same problem, Hardware would initialize (Code 10) My reseller found the solution My Card was a Radeon 8500LE --> Powercolor He told me to use the driver from the Powercolor site instaid of ATI. It working fine...- gilbertdube
