Nortel 2600 contivity recovery diskette
If you go to http://support.nortel.com/go/main.jsp?cscat=DOCDETAIL&DocumentOID=422334&searched=password you can download the PDF on how to reset the Contivity password. Note this process defaults the box and if you have a disk based unit you need a boot floppy.- ghopper1
