jkspeed, you are correct. I needed to remove blank lines as well. We actually have this in place and it is working well. I simply created a GPO and a task in task scheduler that will execute this script and the services file is updated. Mind you we only need to update the services file... -

Figured it out... DUH!!!!! The darn STUN was enabled.... All calls flow perfectly from the Avaya to the Shoretel system now via SIP Trunks....- getzjd

Here is a capture from the Avaya. I tried a few different Codecs, but the same problem remains. Shoretel Calls Avaya, Avaya rings, but when you answer the Avaya, dead air. When you hang up the Avaya, ShoreTel receives a fast busy. Let me know if you guys need more info .... I am pulling...- getzjd

Ok, when removing the siparator, what does that do to my configuation? Obviously, I change the ITSP address on the Avaya line to point directly to the ShoreTel, but what else would need to be done on the avaya side which is different than my current configuration?- getzjd

nicka, maybe we can share notes. Did you figure out a fix for this? I can see my avaya grabbing a trunk but not passing the call through the siparator to our shoretel system. When I call from the shoretel in, the avaya phone rings, but it is just silence then a disconnect when I answer. I...- getzjd
