I know nothing about Aura but have connected SIP Trunks to Avaya Call Manager. Since they are both Avaya maybe they will be similar.
The Avaya CM prefers signaling over TCP not UDP.
In the UCx under SIP Settings / Advanced SIP settings enter tcpenable = yes in Other SIP settings. See if this...
Although the app is available in the Play Store it will only work on the InfinityOne Beta software on the UCx itself. My understanding is that it is close to GA but not quite there yet. Once the GA is released it will work just fine.

I didn't have notify on for this thread. I do now. If you have issue post it and I will try to get back to you quickly. It will work. ;o)

You will accomplish this through Directories. Assuming you are using Extension Directory as your Direct Dial choice in the IVR you will add the Ext's from the other UCx to the Directory of the UCx that is answering the calls. This also assumes that you have a coordinated Dialing plan between...
I agree with ucxguy. Follow these instructions for ec_tune to optimize your analog trunks.

Based on this sentence - When calling any of these phone numbers which have problems, it seems to just not ring and immediately ends the call it is possible there is something off in your Route?
Have you made calls while watching BCM Monitor to see if the call is even getting out to the PSTN...
If the Line is assigned to the Table that the CCR tree is assigned to and it is set to 0 rings then the AA should answer on the first ring especially if you have PRI.
If you are getting a Chirp on some phones then I would think you have that line assigned to the phones.
If the AA is not...
I agree with telcodog. A digital gateway that is connected to the UCx over the WAN/LAN to replace the Norstar. Then you have one system that handles all phones.

I think the problem is in your telephony resources. The system comes default with a mix of IP and Digital. It's been quite a few years since I have worked on BCM but I think your problem lays there.

UCxguy brings up a good point. You can also have another device connecting to the network that may have the same address statically assigned. to confirm this, get IP address of the doorphone, make sure it is pingable. then disconnect it from the network and try to ping again. If you get a...
Have a few questions.
Is the other doorphone also connected to the UCx? If so, I am sure you compared the ext programming?
When you say you pull the cable from the switch and power cycle, do you mean it is connected to a POE switch and when disconnected and reconnected it power cycles the...
You can Also Use Misc. Destinations
PBX Tab
Misc. Destination
Description = Temp Close
Dial = *280 (Assuming the Call Flow Control you built above is your first one)
Then in you IVR add a Option that is not in your IVR recording like 9*0 or anything that is not common.
In your IVR add the...
You can download the Greetings to your PC and load them into a Audio program to raise or lower the volume level. Then re-upload them back into the UCx. It works, we have done it.
