I thought that a user with a 3904 could login to acd but the phone I have set up doesn't work. When I hit the acd key, nothing happens on the display and the headset light goes out. Can this be done? Here is the print:

When we start the Nortel client, it runs through the list of dial-up connections we have. Some of our users have over four hundred of these. Is there a way to disable this? We do not have acces to the server we are connecting to.

Its running on XP SP2. It just started and has worked before. We did install a Sprint pc card along its software. That could have been it.
The XP firewall is off.
I figured I'd have to uninstall/reinstall but wanted to check.
