    Well I clicked on security then booted me out and now when I try login it says login failed cause (locked - password) might just leave it a day or 10 before I try again but any tips are welcome.

    janni78 - during install it asks for an ext number and password but once installed it only asks for a password. Guilherme1000 - will give that a go now and let you know.

    I tried that already (been having this problem for over a week) Also tried turning firewall off and adding the ports TAPI uses to exceptions. Also added 192.168.1.200 as a whole exception too.

    Its not disabled in device manager and I did have another PC with TAPI on it running but I have turned it off a few times already as I thought that might be the problem (I mean I turned the whole PC off for a day and did multiple restarts on the new build - the one im having problems with)

    I have installed TAPI 2 & 3 onto a server so it can run an automated dialing system. Im using "dialer" on windows 7 x64. The TAPI software is setup with the correct IP address username and password and is set to 3rd party (no WAV or ACD needed). Avaya is an option in phone and modems in control...
