    @mkoker I looked at the Technical Bulletin for R9.1 and support for the B179 has its own chapter! However, we use lots of the 4412D+ and 6408D phones, but they are no longer supported in R9.1. Can you verify this information? Looks like we might be stuck at R8.1, or do we have other options...

    Great to know. Even my phone service/reseller didn't know to tell me this when I called. I wasted days, thinking it's just bad configuration. Next step would be whether or not to buy 3rd party license, or upgade to R7. Which one would you recommend? (which might be the cheaper solution?) Thanks.
