Use #301. and just add the new lines to whichever exts you want the new lines on, won't change any existing programming

From what I can remember, the 6B's were used for observation circuits, don't have a diagram anymore, but the 6 wired terminals should be for relay operation, T+R in, and T+R out to observation unit,T+R cuts thru when relay operates Hope you know this one really exercised the memory !

I inherited a Merlin legend 6.0 with Audix, I need to know how to set up an ext to be answered by voice mail, the Audix is already configured for that ext, but calls are never answered by the vm for that ext. Bear with me I'm trying to muddle my way thru this, I have SPM hooked up, need to know...

Unless I'm reading this question wrong, if all lines are busy, callers will get busy signal , call will never reach the Partner system!

Have constant traffic on lan light 1 port, found qaws99.dynu.com trying to connect( it appears to be Korean web page), I have run anti virus, spyware and adaware to no avail, how can I find what program?? or what is generating this traffic, I'M USING WIN XP PRO

Thanks for all the input, tried EXSMOGGER's way and it works, set the compatability mode to win98, and can connect again, tried 5 times local and also to various customers as well , and can connect and send and retrieve system info! thanks again

Thanks for the 3 replys, will give them all a try and post back after the weekend, I've been using a USR 33.6 external modem on both the PC, and take it with me for use with the laptop, still works with the laptop(win98) but stopped working on the PC as soon as I installed XP, tried uninstalling...

Have been using external modem with PC for remote admin (local dial 76) with no problems using win98, had to upgrade to winXP, same PC and modem, now will not connect, has anyone had sucess with remote admin and win XP? I was using 6.09 so I even upgraded that to 7

Scotty43, I replaced the PC mail (large) and knock on wood so far haven't gotten any more calls from the customer, it's going on 3 weeks now!

Maybe you guys can answer the following and stop a debate in progress. When installing Partner mail, do you have to stop the ring on assigned extensions, for example PC mail-ext's 78 and 79, do you turn off line ringing on those extensions, and if so why? Thanks in advance.

fea 306 will change the transfer return extension, for all unanswered DXD transferred calls, but any unanswered calls transfewrred from ext 10 will also go to the new extension.
