I go to the site and download my virus updates manually as we need to use ftp in PSV mode due to our firewall. While you can set Internet exporer to use PSV your error is likely because BackupExec does not use that. Anyone out there tell me how to get BackupExec to use that mode for it's ftp...- Geminieve
