I have searched the vast ends of the internet for an answer to this problem, basically we have a DFS Share \\domain\share which is mapped as a drive letter on users laptops as M: Files within "M:" are made available offline via explorer, the synch takes place, all seems ok. Sorry i should have mentioned that users are running with roaming profiles, so that might not work. You would have to delete all printers prior to the roaming profile loading?!?!?- geeza83
