    I've tested this for a few days with Comm Manager and IP Office and haven't had phones dying or any other problems. I'll have an IP Office client with a few of them soon so we'll see how it does in the real world.

    FYI, I just tried this out. Works brilliantly! Both with Avaya Communication Manager and with IP Office. This is so nice and practical :D Gonna see if it works with other IPSec VPN firewalls. And no, Cisco does not have anything like this.

    Good idea, except I would lose the actual queue functionality so that as soon as someone is available, they would get a caller sent to them.     Yes it does work, as you say, if at least one of the stations is ringing; in other words, if it doesn't go to Queueing. If its in queue, then it stays in queue indefinately :( Or at least, thats what happening for me.

    The problem with DSL connections is that you need to use PPPoE, and the IP Office units don't support PPPoE.
