The leading zeros are 0(zero) and not o(letter)

I have line 1 trunk 801 and line 4 trunk 804 for paging. How do i enter approprite trunk to the extension?

I have a phone that has the loudspeaker button setup but does not make any sound when paging. I can page from other phones but not this specific phone. Any ideas? Thanks, David

If you do not have the right password, it will just sit there and spin its wheels. The default password is "craft4", give that a try

ScoTTeL, I have tried the table 7 and disallow to my extention, but it still lets me dial 1010220....

I have tried the Disallow list with 1010220 and assign my extention to that list and I can still use 1010220. What am i doing wrong?

How do you setup your system so that certain ext's can not dial 1010220 then a long distance number. Someone is by passing our code entry for long distance phone calls.

It looks like I somehow turned on the Forced Account Code Entry. I removed my extention from it and now im back up and running. Thank you to everyone that responed to my post.
