We're attampting to connect a Single User Dongle to a XP machine using a Parallel Port Card, not the built in card on the chassis. The BCMSVu software does not see or recognize the Dongle. Could it be the use of a Card or the Dongle that is causing the problem?

Wilsontec....I've never done a "check packet control card word or not"....how do I do it?
Lastly....is there any special cable of cabling required to connect the ICSU to the Smart...

This is a new circuit being provided by another carrier, and which we were unable to turn-up. I thought the trouble was at our end because of the OOS NE error message. Per 4merAvaya's request, I statused the Sig Grp and did a Reset on the Board. Here's my results:

I've busied and released the board, but never re-set it. I'll give it a try tomorrow as well as statusing the Sig Grp. Someone else to me the OOS NE indicated it might be a wiring issue.
