Phone messages in Outlook 2000
We used to use Novell Groupwise as our e-mail software which had ability to send a 'Phone Message' mail item. We have recently changed to Outlook 2000, but I cannot find a way to send 'Phone Messages'. Is there a special template we can use to achieve this ???- GAZOZ

I have deleted users from Groupwise, but their name still appear in the Addressbook, ie. when a user types in a persons name to send to, the closest matching name in the addressbook appears automatically, but all the deleted usernames are on the list as well. How do I delete the old users from...- GAZOZ
