    in my opinion, the ip adderss assigned to the home site's physical interface is not valid. cuz subinterface is also made at that s 0 interface which is totally wrong. ip add should be removed from physical interface before creating and subinterface.

    is that practical ? he will agree on 2mb CIR and ask for 4mb link.... is that thing in practice.... will the cost differ for frame relay link between the connection of neighbour country and the conuntry in another continent.

    does analog data takes less bandwidth or digital ? what is the primary advantage of transmitting data or voice digitally ? thankyou.

    one more thing i would like to know.....if there is a workstation running on ipx with out ethernic card,,,then for its layer 3 which physical address (mac address) will it use.

    Subnet question

    we have learned that router never consider the host portion of the ip address. my silly confusion is that is it true when assigning ip address to any of routers interface ....do we only declare different network no despite of host to identify that interface.... these days i m working on...
