svideo to scart will only work if your scart can accept svideo. if it can't you get a b&w picture. some cards are shipped with a svideo to rca adaptor , try that then feed rca to scart.- garymackenzie

Pinnacle Studio DC10 Question
if you can feed video to it , it can capture it.(though it won't require twain drivers , just the raw video fed into it) make sure output from camera is same standard as capture settings. i.e. both ntsc or pal depending upon your location.- garymackenzie
