Found it. It was the Packet Filters were only allowing traffic through on the x.x.x.209 address.
Allowing traffic on x.x.x.211 made the site accessible.

I was missing 'try' from the line before
sReferree = location.search.match(/referree=\d+/)[0].split("=")[1];
It now seems to be working fine.

Please note on last post that the 'sDestination = ' lines are showing double semicolons at the end of the line which are NOT in my code. I have single semi-colons. Not sure why it came out as 2!

We still do not know what the problem was. We ended up rolling back to pre-upgrade state, leaving Exchange on the NT4 box and buying a new box to sit W2k + ISA2000 on (clean build). Everything went sweet and everything now working!

We do not have a router. We use an external ISDN modem to connect. Yes we can ping any address we like, but can not telnet anything other than itself...
We had Exchange 5.5 sp3 on a NT4 sp6a box and proxy 2 running fine.
We uninstalled Proxy2, UPGRADED to Windows 2000 sp2 and then installed ISA2000. Exchange was left untouched.
The problem is that we can send internal mail to each other no problem and RECEIEVE Internet emails but cannot send...
In Exchange Admin, open the Information Store Site Configuration property box. On the General Tab there is a checkbox for "Enable Message Tracking" . Hit F1 on this page for more info.
