NTFS Part deleted and replaced with new not formatted
Well, my guess here is that there are some file tipes that it can recover and some that it can't. It runs fully in windows. After 3 hours, for a 40GB HD a pretty good time I think, it recovers about 20 or so file tipes, including .jpg's .gif's .exe' s .zip's etc... but not AVI's or MP3's...- gargamel

I've used Ontrack's EasyRecovery Profesional, and recover most of my data but not AVI's or MP3's. Do you know why? Is there any way to recover 'em?- gargamel
