AS V9.01 compressing data on tapes
Hi A weird one. Im running V9.01 plus the exchange agent on a win2000 SP4 platform. Now doing a full backup of the local server on a 12/24 DDS drive results in a multi tape backup. How to boot from tape using brightstor v 9.01 windows
As far as I know, you have to push the tape eject button uring power up of the system. The server will then interpret the tape as a CD boot device. I am not sure if this helps, but it is the procedure when doing a desaster recovery from tape- garfield4all
