Not sure I folow your call flow but:In the first block requiring user interaction, if the caller does not respond,
the application assumes that the caller is using a rotary dial phoneset. The
application follows the path for the Rotary output, which (by default) invokes
the Rotary Dial block...
TOVERBO....Check your FQDN definitions in NETWORKING section-it must be exactly the same as "full computer name"
in "My computer" properties.

Hi, Your problem is:
You must to access to Call Pilot manager as a"console".
So, don`t start Remote Desktop by cliking on icon or from
Programms. Start is from "Start->Run->Open: mstsc /console"
After that you have access to CP manager as console.
