Hi Guys, anyone out there that uses an IP softphone with ip office 403 DT on a applemac (Mac OS X). There is software that works with sip but I believe avaya is h323.

We have just upgraded phone manager to 2.1.7 from 1.4.8, we notice know that with all external incoming calls if we go to park a call with a tag it minimises phone manager and the tag description as well which means we have to open phone manager again to enter the tag. If we turn off hide on no...
Give me your e-mail address and I will send you a zip file with the restore and backup batch files. We put them in the startmenu so users when they make changes have to run the backup if they dont and lose the changes not IT Departments resposibility.

We had similar problems and created a little program to backup the users registery key for the ip office which has all the speed dials etc.. The users run it when they make changes and if they lose any settings they then run the restore program. Works really well

Hi the problem I am having since upgrading to phone manager 2.1.7 on the citrix servers each user has to have their own directory with the phonemanager.exe in to work correctly. This wasn't nesecarry in version 1.48. Any ideas

Hi I have a form with 5 check boxes on I would like to be able to select any number of the check boxes and then have it apply as a filter to a query to show all the records that meet any of the check boxes that are ticked.

Hi Guys we have an IP Office 403 and using the IP 4606 phones the problem we have is that the quality of the calls is poor the call fades and comes back again and sometimnes drops. Any suggestions would be appreciated
