is there any way to adjust the volume on a pri trunk?
i have a system that was upgraded from si to s8300/g450 and users are complaining of low volume on external calls...
my ospc caller id is showing only the last 3 digits of stations instead of 4. caller id's on ip phones are ok, showing all 4 digits. seems that only ospc has the problem. also not showing caller id from external calls thru a pri.
help..

S8510 running 5.1.2 with latest update and TN's firmware are up to speed.

I was prepping for a 4.01 to 5.1.1 upgrade but my S8300/G700 restarted when I plugged in a DVD drive.
Can somebody pls explain why it can cause a restart?
