Without fully understanding your setup. I would look for "I use 3rd party software for this authentication" answers in this area. If I understand you correctly you are using PPPoE handled through the 3rd party software. If this is not the case. What changed in your environment? G8orade

Have you looked at the lsass.exe being in a loop. Disable buffer overflow on one of the affected machines and see if that stops the utilization. If so, then narrow your scope down to a process that is running. G8orade

I am still unsure how to accomplish this. I already have 1 lan to lan tunnel where they are using 192.168.1.1 and am looking at setting up another tunnel with another network that are using the same 192.168.1.1 scheme. Just not sure how to accomplish this. G8orade

Have you tried this go to hklm\software\microsoft\MSLicensing\ export the key to somewhere you can save ( this is so you can import back into the registry if you need ) and then delete the subkeys under it. Do not delete MSLicensing. Try connecting after the keys are gone. This should work...
