Are any of the new Panasonic cordless phones - 7896 - compatible with an old D816?
If not were there previous models that are compatible that may be available refurbished?
Thanks in advance.

First build a route that utilizes the pool that you put the line in. Services, Routing Service, Route#001, Dial Out #, Use Pool ?. Then create a destination code that uses the new route. I try and create a destination code that is similar to the extension number - if the users ext# is 221...
Just reprogrammed an old InterTel GLX - it lost power and lost all programming. Luckily not much to change but the ringing assignments. Customer said they've had it for 18 years. I'll be suggesting an upgrade to a CICS.

Check your next hop on primary - it should be your default gateway for your WAN.
Services
Net Link Manager
Permanent WAN Connection.
If you can ping it locally but not off-prem - the response is getting lost somewhere.

I just completed and install with 1 DMC080, base station, and 4 qty. 7430 phones. I am actually impressed with the coverage that we got. To cover 5 floors you may be able to get away with only 2 base stations - with repeaters if necessary.

Should be Feature 983, user = setnna, pass = config. If the vm hasn't been initialized yet try just 266344.
Reset = Feature 985, 9, then enter = resetsmpswd.

What do you have programmed as the outdial type for the mailbox? Is it possible that an analog line went down - the last line in the pool if you have a pool selected for outdial type? Is it possible that the customer changed services on their lines? Now require a 9 or an access code?
I would...
Have you checked the backup schedule? The BCM logs all agents out when it performs a backup.

I'm having the same problems with a BCM-400 - 3.6. I've copied the first critical alarm that is registered below. I didn't see it listed as an alarm in the docs. I've attempted to load up the latest cumulative patch remotely - however it seems to fail after about 45 mintues. I'll be on-site...
Has anyone got the CDR working?
I've got it currently pushing files to a FTP - however the files in either zip or non-compressed are not readable. I was expecting a .txt file or something similar.
I've not been able to get it working with the CDR client either.

When the Call-Pilot freezes up can you still get a response with feature 985? Have you checked the LED status on the CP? I have seen multiple power issues with the CP power supply.

Are you planning on sharing the T1 between voice and data? Dependant upon call volume, your least expensive plan would probably be to use a channel bank to break out 4 channels to analog voice and you could cross-connect those directly into the existing LS/DS card - or an additional LS/DS card...
