Hi all, This could be a RestrictAnonymous problem - if RestrictAnonymous is enabled on the media server itself (as it should be!) then BE 8.6 has to be enabled to support RestrictAnonymous as the default is no support. Stop the BE services, then go: HKLM\Software\VERITAS\Backup...- FunkyUnky
