    Can you check, if you have Indexing Service active ? You can check it, if you go through Programs and Features --> turn windows features off on -----> look, if IIS, IIS hostable webcore, indexing service are active. Make them active, then restart PC.

    Are you using Teamviewer on the server ? Usually restarting remoting services helps.

    You should configure it in Card Setup under GSS tab. There is start position and card length, that you should configure.

    Hi! I think, it should be SIM interface, so you have to tick "sim interface" under Interfaces. One more thing, that you didn't mention - do you have configurator (vss3700_config.exe)? Some config is done in this app (workstation settings)

    Hi! Try to rename backup folder. For Example to: ....database\data\backup_old The folder should be recreated, when you will run next backup. Then, if you want to test, run as many backups, as you have defined in configuration to see, if it will keep your given amount of backups in the folder.

    @Kniteschaed This information came straight from Micros. I don't know if it's available anywhere oficially.

    Had the same issue with slow printing. UB-E02 and UB-E03 are not supported yet. Instead of that, you can use Ethernet IV I/F 10mb/IP card (could be bought from Micros), that is supported by Micros and you will have normal printing. They are working with Epson to support UB-E03 card.
