Windows 98 1st ed. will not boot after installing directx 9b
On the required shutdown after installation the computer hung on the shutdown screen. Then upon restart the computer updated the system settings (with the animated drum icon) then the system hung just before displaying the desktop icons and start menu bar. The system still responds...- Frwa
