CCR & transferring to an external number
I identified the problem. Did a F785 to identify the port used by voicemail. Needed to give that port outcall capabilities ... and everything went to working FINE! Simple tweak, but really time consuming!- frtrask

Night Ringing
I'm in a parish environment. Have a Nortel system WITHOUT voicemail. During the day I wish to have numerous phones ring throughout the facility ... but, at night, I wish only to have the phones in two rooms ring. How is this best accomplished? Perhaps using Night Ringing in reverse ...- frtrask
