It was an upgrade, but I already did a complete reinstall of voicemail pro.. did you have to delete your directory for it to work? Does it matter if Voicemail Pro is on a D: partition? Thanks for your info. The only part I didn't do was reboot before reinstalling.. so maybe that's the trick.

I went into quick tools and looked at the telephone restrictions. the extension was unrestricted. It didn't have a pool dial code so I tried putting in 70, but that didn't help. the button still only shows "SysAcc -N" The line is not giving me anything at the moment.

My button does not have the pool-70 in it. Only the -N When I attempt to do the auto line select I have nothing to choose. I tried typing in 1 and 01, but that didn't help. As for extensions/lines&trunks.. I don't believe it's allowing me to do anything as it's defaulting to lines 01-20.

How do you program an ext so that you don't need to dial the 9 to get an outside line? Line won't need internal access as it's an analog line that will only be calling outisde lines. Thanks

Anyone using a Merlin or Magix system with ELI - Electric Lightwave? If so, what protocol did you use on the PRI setup? ATT Custom? NTNAPRI? When sending information over on PRI's is it better to have them send the whole 10 digits, or just the last 4?
