Clearing out CED between IVRs
Hi, Have 2 IVRs, one after another. For various reason, some customers (small minoriy) when calling the number, try to enter a 4 digit extension (alsways beginning with '4'). On IVR 1, we have made option 4 a 'general option', but has to route to 2nd IVR. Because customer has entered 4 digit...- Frierpie
