How can I turn off echo cancel on a polycomm conference phone through ipoffice, I was successful turning it off on our 9508 phones but the polycomm has no way of progamming. its very noisy(static). all the 9508 were too while on speaker but turning off echo canceller fixed the 9508's. thanks...

this might help, the phone never rings, and the volume is turned up.

This is crazy, I did *33 and it says its forwarding to itself, I also tried unplugging the phone. It silently rings, then is passed to the operator(111) which rings for ever. Anybody else? Thanks, Fred

extention has stopped going to vm. it dosen't ring at the extention either. after about 7 rings the operator's (111) phone starts ringing. the extension is in the coverage group (30). visually, on the phone, the line button AND Sys Access(V) buttons both are activily blinking while the phone...

from a 4424d When I enter the external phone number in the Forward To: I can only enter 3digits then it takes me out of forward to: How do I enter more then 3 number(like a cell phone number) The extention has all the proper trktransfer and remotefwd set. Thanks, Fred
