WinME machine. Just refomatted and it's hanging up a tad. after the windows jingle is played and my wallpaper shows up, it hangs for about a minute before my icons and tool bar shows up. I've had this problem before and I forgot the fix for it. Anybody got an idea about the fix for this ????

I've got WinME, 256 MB RAM, ........tonight my daughter was on the computer viewing someting on Zoog Disney and the computer just all of the sudden restarted. It has done that to me one other time for no apparent reason. It's done it to her a few times and it always happens when she on Zoog...
