can anyone tell me how often notify me emails are sent from the MSS to the Exchange server and is there anywhere you can set this time?
Currently notify is working fine but the customer is complaining that it takes 2 mins to receive an email after a voicemail has been left.

I am trying to get mobile 5.2 working with my ACM 5.2 but although I see the sip trunk go active nothing else happens,the mobile number is not updated in the off station mapping either.Every thing looks ok and I can't see where I am going wrong,any ideas?
I just pre-installed SUN Spark t5120 CMS server and I now face problem with starting up IDS.I always get this output:

I have now re-masterd the MAS ,run the dct tool again and taken the defaults.It is happy and installs ok.
Rel 3 is quicker to install but Rel 2 allowed you to see where you had gone wrong!

I am having problems with a MM rel 3 install.
When I run the MAS install it fails when trying to create the cust login .
I've checked the MMDCT file and it meets the login password requirements.
Any ideas?

Yes,my colleauge spoke to Microsoft and they didn't know why.They suggested a system restore ,which worked ok.

I have a customer who has decided he wants to change:
the MSS and MAS names,
the IP addresses of both MSS and MAS,
the domain names.
Is this possible or is it a re-install of the MM.
If you can "just change" the above ,will I still be able to access the mailboxes or will they have to be...

thanks for your help.You were right about the fault being on the pabx.I was using the latest config notes but the screen shots are not up to date.
The problem was due to the "direct ip to ip audio " being set to yes on the "ch sys fea".
If I set this to no,everything worked...

yes its on an S8500 CM3.1.1
I have used the latest config notes from the Avaya site and the trunks are idle on the S8500.I can place a call but it drops.I have checked that the codec is set to mulaw.
Not sure where to go next.
