Default printer keeps changing

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. Fumei - i agree with what you say but the special people i work with have a habit of playing with things and then denying all knowledge when things go poorly. I have now sorted the problem by doing the documents myself, not ideal but it is only once or...- Freaky75

I need to be able to create a "form" which when filled out will print on to a pre designed document.
