Well, when it freezes, it could be not enough ram or you may have something running on your computer you do not know about, maybe virus or just some spyware program. how much ram do you have in it?

The cd is in there and won't come out, spinning and does not seem to be taking up any of the cpu's resoures? Wondering whats the safest way to get this out without breaking cd or the cd/dvd drive itself? Appreciate any help with this problem! Thanks

Ok. Will do that, I tried booting in safemode my antivirus would not run then, I turned system restore off and still I got rid of the trojan horse but this javabyte/verifier one will no go!!! Thanks, going to download it now!1

With spybot program you can immuize your system against a number of know objects, Like BadBigBen said there use both programs Ad-aware and Spybot as 1 program catches so much and then the other catches more that first program missed.

I used my own AVG 6.0 and it detected them right away, when I got them, so I did a scan and it quarintined a couple but when I went to do the same, the AVG stated it could not move the 2 to the vault. so, i went online to use PcCillion Trend online scan and remover now it detected them but...
