Ok, well I've solved it. What I needed to do was to Send the presentation to Microsoft Word and specify to add blank lines in the dialog. I didn't use the right word on google, I typed Comments instead of Notes. So I did a search for "powerpoint blank line notes" and I found the answer on...

Somebody at work managed to print some slides with blank lines under, which are obviously there to add notes by hand. However, I can't seem to be able to reproduce it. I've looked everywhere, but I didn't find how to do it. I'm hoping someone can tell me how.
