When logged on with Micollab softphone on the MBG, a teleworker license is consumed. Can I have more micollab softphone than I have teleworker license on the System, since they are consumed only when the phone is connected on the MGB?

I am setting up a restricted user so customer can only manager users & groups but it seem that I can't remove access to the "reboot" and "default configuration" items from the advanced menu
Even after creating a new right group with no access to reboot options...no luck
I only ticked...
Same problem here.
Phone Manager 3.1 (from the CD USER3_1_22) works as documented, but all the other versions since then are bugged with calling party name at the place of the number...
I'm about to open a ticket on that... I can't believe this issue has not been resolved since 3.1...nobody's...

Did you try your headset with other application (skype/msn) to make sure its okay?
If you're using analog lines, you would probably get the same echo using an IP Phone...mostly at the start of the call before the adjustments are made by the system (echo training)

I did, using linux and oh323 channel driver.
It works really bad using G711, I bought some G729 licences from digium and it started to work well.
Using G711 I was getting a choppy voice and I found no way to make it work properly.

I've got a few call centers that agents a using 2 extensions: their own + the hotdesk users when they have to login and take calls.
With 2.1, that was easy I was using the Coverage feature to make the user primary extension ring at the hotdesk extension when the user is logged in...
That was an issue with v2.1 if I remeber correctly;
I've got 3.0.59 here and it works fine. I did program a button with the "HuntGroupEnable" feature, and added the group number in the Telephone Number field...that make me busy/available in that group only! works fine and doesnt affect other...
I just tried something and its working, take it or leave it...it seem that the sW string used to block outgoing caller id works internally too...
Create a short code to point to your hunt group
ex:
SC: 555 (fictive number)
TN: 200sW (your hunt group number)
outgoing caller id to be shown)...
old firmware (2.1) were counting 2 incoming calls for the group when 1 call was transfered from voicemail using assisted transfert... but that was fixed long time ago... I installed a call center a few month ago, at v3.0 (59) & VMPro 3.0 (15) and everything is showing correctly in the reports...
Strange request in fact, but yes, its possible; But only from Voicemail Pro as far as I know.
Simply transfert your calls to the call center group using an Assisted Transfert box and put some info in the Specific tab... just dont put the $CLI variable in there. i.e. you could put "Sales" in...

I'm building big menu in Voicemail Pro with conditions tests and custom variable (CP0 to CP15) in generic boxes.
Now, in the latest 3.1 releases of Voicemail Pro (3.1 (18)), I'm getting delay when testing theses conditions, sometime huge delay depending on how many conditions test/generic...
If you have only one phone, and dont need QoS, go for Multitech RF550 routers they are working fine and cost around 150-200$
For only one phone, and only one user using this internet access, you probably dont want to invest in a QoS router...unless this user is using 100% of his internet access...
