    Thanks prenum. That works But... At the moment, when I press 9 for an outside line, it seizes the line straightaway (I get the dialtone).     Thanks for the suggestion. We could dial the number before the message was put on it so I don't think it could be Number Length and we can dial it from other MD110 sites. I just don't know what setting to change that could affect this??
