    I just installed a BCM 50. It would not take the second set of key codes. I did a factory reset on the switch and it asked for starting Ext. number and if it was DID or PBX.

    I am setting up a voice mail system by way of single line ports. When a call is sent to ext 107 the KSU sents a string of numbers after ans. Is it a perfix + ext.#, if so what is the perfix code?

    Nortel made a handset for the unity phones. It is a M style but it will fit in the T style. It should cost about $40.00 US
