Found it, replaced a bad t1 card with another bad t1 card, changed it again and it finally booted up...Thanks

one of the power supplies went bad and I replaced it and the ti will not come back up when I link the expansion module to the main ksu all lights flashing except for 1st 2 green lights.Replaced module and ti card IDEAS?

Finally called me back because he found out it was co based phone mail, LOL

Thats what I thought but customer says he always pressed a button and went to voicemail but I don't see one on site.Lost his power supply and he claims it was working before the power went out in the hurricane.I think he may be confused and has carrier provided voicemail.

Is there anyway possible that a norstar 3x8 can have F981 voicemail without a flash or call pilot?

Thanks Phoneguy,I found that out when i went back this morning and tried program outbound transfer and it went back to main heading.

Thanks for the FAQ redirect....I thought the same as you except when i looked at the flash programming on setting up the mailbox it had a setting for outdial setting for a line or pool and the older versions of Flash did not have that.Sort of leads me to believe it also allows for outbound transfer.

I also remember on some versions of Nam your could modify Class of Service thru teleset programming to change options of password expiry and outbound Transfer but can't remember how...

Customer says carrier keeps finding their main line(pri) forwarded to a foreign country

Does anyone remember if you can modify a class of service in the Flash like you can in the call pilot?my mailboxes keep getting forwarded.thought you could do it with 983 and a 44 code but it didn't work

I have a hunt group built that i am transferring calls to from the ccr tree in the call pilot,if the calls are not answered by the hunt group they are transferring back to the call pilot and I am getting a The Party you have dialled is not available.I want it to go to a mailbox if possible

Bet the call forward no answer for ext211 is set to none.....Set forward to 1st voicemail port and set # of rings and see if that helps...also go into mailbox 100 and see if 211 is an alternate Ext assigned to that box....

Thanks curley checked most of these issues and it worked once and suddenly just stopped

Call pilot 150 with MICS 6.1 will not let me record greetings at my M7208 when trying to connect with my browser, Looks like set is being called but it never rings.Can do all the normal voice recordings with telset interfaces>
