Thanks, I'll give it a whirl. I can't seem to get it though... My real problem is that I don't even know if this machine is usable, and I'm loathe to spend another cent on it until I can confirm that it works. Hi all I am the unfortunate buyer of a NS10A from ebay. Well, the person didn't reset the PW before sending it, nor do they know the password. Well, I called Ns for information, and they won't help, because the FW isn't registered to me. Ok, I say, I'll buy a support contract on it...- focusedE
