May be there are another way you would recommend me to use with Ip Office?
All I need is notification of incoming call with the phone number and initiate a phone call.
I read about DMCC .Net SDK, but looks like it's not working with Ip Office. Thanks!
intigrant, thx a lot! I installed it and in Phone Providers list I can see "TAPI2 Service Provider"
I'm very new to telephony, so I'm sorry for probably newbie questions.
1) I'm developing remotely. Now after configuring TAPI2 for single user, do I need a real phone connected to the Ip Office...
Unfortunately I can't open that link, I don't have login password for that forum.
To make it clear - I downloaded TAPI3 as part of IP Office CTI Link (TAPI and DevLink) SDK - for use with Release 2.0 and all later releases (3.68 MB .zip) from this link...
That's the place where I got it.
Was confused by tlpeter, when he said that it's tapi2. It's wrong, at my x86 computer provider is TAPI3.
So the problem that TAPI3Install.exe downloaded from Avaya dev connect site for Ip Office 8.1 doesn't work at any win7 x64.
And what it is the way to get tapi3?
As I told, I have tried to install, uninstall, install again couple times. I did that on 2 computers, but it didn't help me.
Thx!
Hello everybody!
In short: Can not install TAPI driver at my computer Win7 x64. After installation and reboot still can not see IP Office in phone providers list.
Detailed description: I'm trying to integrate CRM with Ip Office. I found out that I need to use http://www.julmar.com/tapi/ library...
