Internet Connection Problem!
Hi wolluf, thanks for replying. I tried so many things to get my internet working again, and finally found the problem. So, I guess a spyware file I deleted messed up the winsock registry so i had to delete and re-add the winsock registry. I'll have to remember that one for next time...- flyakite

I have a gateway computer running with a cable modem internet connection. I ran a registry cleaner and antivirus on my windows 98 computer and a situation arose.
