THE ONLY WAY TO SET THIS UP, IS BY ADDING AN EXTRA EXTENTION AND PHONE. SO THAT OPERATOR IN THAT EXTENTION CAN LOG ON AND OFF.FROM THE EXTENTION THEY LOG OFF AND LOG ON. YOU ALSO NEED A ANSWERING MACHINE.- FL18
