I forgot about external to external using 3 lines. Skip that.. Since I am short of options, I will probably put all 3 messages in the application in Call Pilot. When I need a different one I will log in to CP and change the announcement. Not as nice as just changing the CFW, but it will work.

Any other ideas? I was thinking last night about it and I guess I could setup a DID and CFW external.

Thanks for the suggestions. Got it working with the menu service. I recorded a message that says please wait while your call is transfered, but now I get "transferring to attendant message" It works. Not exactly as eloquent as I would like it to be.

I have MCR on 5 sets in addition to two primary SCR on each set. Calls to MCR go to VM if no answer. Can I change so that MCR rings forever? I thought I did this before with secondary forwarding or maybe im crazy.

Is there any advantage to distributing heavy users over different modules? I have 4506 with 4 X WS4548 Right now all heavy users (servers) are on one particular module. Throughput is not that great. Wondering if spreading them out between the other modules would help.
