we need to send data from a call real time to an application running on the desktop. Running SCCS 4.2 CP, Opt 11 C with latest patches for 25.40. Any suggestions? Sean

Here is why - In a sysload on the PBX, the default PEP's that come with 25.40B+ have an issue with PEP 16007a-e9. The 16007 pep will NOT load until some of the previous PEPs are unloaded. As of right now, I am 36 hours into a clean run of my pbx. No crosstalk, now DWC...its refreshing

What kind of PBX are you connected to? Nortel released a patch that corrects the bug. Contact your support team for information. All of my pahantom calls went away with the addition of the patch

So, after much hoopla, the culprit? A damned PBX software patch. Knocked em all out. Hurrah. Stupid non contractual obligatory idiots masquerading as sales and support for Nortel. Grrr.
