Here is why - In a sysload on the PBX, the default PEP's that come with 25.40B+ have an issue with PEP 16007a-e9. The 16007 pep will NOT load until some of the previous PEPs are unloaded.
As of right now, I am 36 hours into a clean run of my pbx.

Nortel released a patch that corrects the bug.
Contact your support team for information.
All of my pahantom calls went away with the addition of the patch
So, after much hoopla, the culprit?
A damned PBX software patch.
Knocked em all out.
Hurrah.
Stupid non contractual obligatory idiots masquerading as sales and support for Nortel.
Grrr.
Folks, I think some of my Phantom calls/missing calls is related to this bug.
Both lines affected are generating Bug0195 errors. In looking at the SIO/SM manual, it says 'BLOCK_PTR could not be found in specified queue. Procedure REMOVE.
What does that mean? How do I fix it?
My management team has asked me to provide several folks with portable phones.
I dont have a clue as to how to direct them to transfer calls. Anyone have a moment to instruct
I know that they will be 2500 series phones. I am looking specifically on how to program the suckers for xfer and...
