The technitian who configured the Firewall/VP cannot remember the password to access the interface. Can I manually reset the password without having to affect the rest of the configuration. I intalled the VPN client about 3 months ago. It had been working fine until yesterday. I tried to install it on my laptop that had windows me installed on it. I am getting the same message on it.
