BTW my OS is Win XP Pro and I have a Giga-byte GA-8IEXP motherboard and cpu 1.8 intel with 512mb ram. Expansion USB2.0 slot is used and so is the firewire slot.- fhfghost

USB 2.0 cards, and USB cables
I have recently purchased a new Giga-byte 8IEXP motherboard which has USB 2.0. Everything in my device manager says ok, but none of my devices are being picked up as if they were not even plugged in. Any ideas. I have already updated my mobo bios to the latest and dloaded the latest usb 2.0...- fhfghost
