Found it - for anybody else who has this, try http://www.elcomsoft.com/aolpr.html?from=passcr, which has a 30 day shareware password cracker for Outlook XP/2K, etc.

If you've been stupid enough to do this and not remember the password - is there any way to get past it??? I'd be most grateful for any pointers. And yes, it was me, and yes I'm embarrassed. But I was under duress!

I've had this loads - just download the latest SuperDat from McAfee (if you can fight your way through all the advertising). That's sorted it every time for me. Think you need to make sure the software isn't running before you install though.
