    2400 IPX Toll Restriction ??

the AFRS is built for Rt 31, and is the only AFRS in both switches so that means for a given dialed number, the opr is the same weather the phone is toll restricted or not. From what I can tell from my NEC school books, the programming manual, and my class notes from many many years ago, it...

This may sound hokie but it works!!! IPS LCR ? class was a year ago :-(

Yes, we are doing the routing and 1900 etc. restriction and the true LCR (routing 1st to our own fx trunks) in the "main" 2400. I see, so "already assigned" is the same as "digit request exist" on the 2400!!??!! ok, in 8A4005 14 is a 0001 and in 8A4005 141 is "WRONG-" as is 1411 I but they...

IPS LCR ? class was a year ago :-(

Doug... another hint (perhaps) there is a fairly long pause after dialing the last "1" (9411) before you get reorder tone, so I looked at number of digits CM 855 it looks fine. I looked at the T-1, and it never siezes a trunk when 9411 is dialled. List up of CM 8a4005 is: 0 ALREADY ASSIGNED...

Help, I don't deal with our 2000IPS very often (it's no 2400!!) the users just discovered (after 10 months) that they can't dial 411 (9 411) fortunatly 9 911 and 911 work!! I'll be darned if I can find anything in CM 8A4005 or 8A4007...and to me the LCR in the Feature Programming manual is...

Thanks neax, another 2000IPS question CCIS and pad ??

The IPS is 3rd in line after 2 IPX's all ccis'ed together via our own T-1 network (fiber and microwave)all trunks (out & in) term at the main IPX, calls for the IPS route through the second IPX then to the IPS. The IPS DT is louder than outbound RBT and called party, also DT is louder than...

    2000IPS D-Term feature 2 and 4 vs. 2400IPX for audio

Can or does the IPS do the user changeable feature: feature key + 2 or feature key + 4 on a D Term for receive level hi/low and transmission level hi/low like a D Term on a 2400 IPX???? I cannot find the answer in any NEC documentation (features and spec. nor programming manual)(not too...
